We offer a full money-back guarantee on any product purchased from our website. We have a 14-day return & exchange policy, from the date of placing your order.

Buyer pays exchange and/or return shipping fees. Buyer is only eligible for one exchange process and one refund process per order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in case of receiving a defected product.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags still attached and in its original packaging.

If the product is damaged in any way, tags have been removed or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed since the date of placing your order, you will not be eligible for a refund nor an exchange.

We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
