    We currently ship all over Egypt, to a number of Gulf Countries (UAE, Saudia Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman & Kuwait), to Europe (Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Greece, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, United Kingdom & Ireland) and to the USA.


    We are constantly working on expanding our international shipping reach so if your country/reigon is not mentioned in the list above please send us an email to support@octoboarding.com and we will try our best to make your shipment possible.

    Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

    - South Sinai* (Ras Sudr & Dahab)

    *South Sinai - For logistical reasons, door to door shipping in South Sinai (Ras Sudr & Dahab) is not available. Packages will be sent to a pick up location near you and our team will contact you with further information as to when and where you can pick up your package.

     

    LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

    We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

     

    CUSTOMS (for international orders only)

    We are not responsible for any VAT/Import/Custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

    For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
