We offer a full money-back guarantee on any product purchased from our website. We have a 14-day return & exchange policy, from the date of placing your order.

Buyer pays exchange and/or return shipping fees. Buyer is only eligible for one exchange process and one refund process per order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in case of receiving a defected product.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags still attached and in its original packaging.

If the product is damaged in any way, tags have been removed or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed since the date of placing your order, you will not be eligible for a refund nor an exchange.

Exchanges and refunds are currently not available for international orders, outside of Egypt.

We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

I just placed an order, when will it be delivered?

Orders can take up to 3 business days to be delivered to addresses in Cairo, Giza and Alexandria, and up to 7 business days for other Governorates. International shipping can take up to 14 days depending on your country. We always try our best to ship your orders once they're confirmed, so you can receive them as soon as possible.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged or if returned in its original condition. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Our support team will do everything possible to help you with your refund/return process. For more information check our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Can I change my order or address after I have placed it?

Unfortunately, it is difficult to change your order or the shipping address once it has been placed. We work to ship out all orders as fast as possible and your order is usually processed within a couple of hours of being placed. If a change is necessary please contact our support team and we will do our best to help you.

Do you produce custom orders or work B2B?

Yes we do. We design, produce and supply items and collections for many local brands around Egypt. All custom orders are subject to production minimum order quantities. If you have any inquiries please contact us through our support email.
